Timefull scores the products you put on your skin, or take, against your hormones. Then it tells you when to use them.
What we build
Timefull is an invite-only app for women who want a routine that fits their hormones.
You scan a skincare product, a makeup product or a supplement. Timefull reads the ingredient list and gives it a hormone-first score.
Low scores come with a better match. Every product comes with timing: morning or night, and which week of your cycle.
Why two clocks
Your skin runs on a 24-hour circadian clock. It defends during the day and repairs at night.
It also runs on a monthly one. Estrogen and progesterone shift through your cycle, and they shift again in perimenopause and menopause.
Most routines ignore both. Timefull is built around them.
How the score works
Four things go into every score: hormone safety, skin fit, timing and ingredient quality.
Ingredients with hormone-like activity in published research, like some parabens, phthalates and UV filters, get flagged first. Each flag is explained in plain language with the research behind it.
Brand agnostic
Brands can’t buy a better score. There are no sponsored rankings and no pay-to-play placements.
Every product earns its number.
