What we collect

Your email address, when you request an invite. That is the only personal information the website asks you for.

Anonymous usage data: pages viewed, referrer, country, browser and device type. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you across sites.

Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP address and request time, used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your email to send your invite and occasional updates about Timefull. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

We use anonymous usage data to understand which pages are useful and to fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

Kit (ConvertKit) stores invite emails and sends our email.

Vercel hosts the website and provides the anonymous analytics.

Each provider processes data only to deliver its service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email team@timefull.ai with the subject line "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days.

If you live in California, the EU or the UK, you have these rights under the CCPA, the GDPR or the UK GDPR.

Health information

The website does not ask for health information. Do not send health details through the invite form or by email.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Material changes will be emailed to people on the invite list.
